Signup and Schedule Your Session with JP

  • Free Consultation and Workout is for those who have never trained with me before. We will take about 20-minute to go over some basic health and fitness questions, and address your short-term and long-term goals. Then we will spend 30-minutes doing a personalized workout.

  • Programming is for people that are looking for guidance with their diet and exercise. We will address your current workout routine and diet to make adjustments where necessary. New workouts will be provided to keep your routine fresh.

  • Personal Training Session is a customized, one-on-one session that will be designed to meet your specific needs.

  • Group Training Session is a circuit training session for up to 4 people and are designed with the overall fitness, ability, and goals of the group in mind.
